SELF PAY - For clients without insurance coverage, full payment is due at time of service. All clients are quoted a fee for the office visit and are expected to pay at the time of the appointment. OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE PLANS - For clients who use their out of network insurance coverage, full payment is due at time of service.
Any session that is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
